This collage of images is my very small and humble tribute to just a tiny percentage of the courage of these people. A courage that comes from a deep belief in the sanctity of their unity and their right to determine their own future without foreign intervention.

A right we should all be defending.

The #WhiteHelmets are Nusra Front lackeys, stop falling for their nobility farce. They are proven to be Al Qaeda’s poster boys. Why did they leave with Nusra Front and not stay to help the civilians? Where were they when civilians were being mown down by Al Qaeda, civilians, shot, trying to flee almost five years incarceration under the Nusra Front regime?

The Syrian Araby Army is one of the bravest fighting forces on this earth. They are battling the evil created and unleashed by our regimes upon Syrian soil. They and their allies are fighting at the frontlines of the war that threatens all Humanity and yet so many still vilify and demonize them.

I watched as children ran to the arms of soldiers waiting for them as they left the liberated areas of East Aleppo. I watched children finally able to satiate their hunger after five years of deprivation and brutality.

I watched the liberation of East Aleppo and then I heard the cacophony of pre-fabricated lies, the bleats of exposed mainstream media as their firewall of deceit was breached by the voices of the Syrian people.

Aleppo is rebuilding, the Syrian people are rebuilding it. The Syrian people dont want your marches or your convoys. They want you to march to your regimes and to demand the end of sanctions that are crippling the health sectors in Syria. They want you to demand your regimes stop funding and arming terrorism in Syria. They want you to wake up.

So, make your choice, make 2017 the year you listen to the Syrian people.
