12th June 2015 the Disciplinary Committee of the French Medical Board, reprimanded Professor Christophe Oberlin for perceived bias in presenting a case for Crimes against Humanity in Gaza during Cast Lead 2008-9.
They also found Dr Oberlin guilty of *sigh* anti Semitism due to his association & defence of French comedian and alleged anti Semitic, Dieudonne.
Prof Haiat, President of the [Israeli] Medical Association denounced the human rights violation claim appertaining to a humanitarian medicine case document [dating back to June 2012] which had been included in a UN Human Rights Commission report on Israeli Operation Cast Lead 2008/9. He denounced it on the basis of it being biased and partisan!!

Ladite question, qui était un cas réel de droit tiré du rapport de la Commission des droits de l’homme de l’ONU sur la guerre de GAZA de l’hiver 2008-2009, a été considérée comme « partiale et partisane ».
