I have no idea, as I dont work in Intelligence 🙂 I would assume so.

At 7:01 he refers to the terrorists as the ‘genetically modified armed Syrian moderate opposition’; first I have heard of the terrorists being genetically modified; and then at 17:30 he re-emphasizes that these same foreign intelligence operatives who are trying to evacuate from Eastern Aleppo are genetically modified. He makes a distinction about it. Curious as to what the definition of that is?

I am not able to speak for Dr Al Jaafari however I would speculate he means they are created by the US, UK, EU, Gulf States, Israel as a Frankensteins monster which in modern parlance could easily be described as “genetically modified”.
